DR. MARIA DE PIRONA

Dr. Maria de Pirona. Pediatrician and Founding Medical Director of the Wesley Medical Centers, now five Centers in 3 states in Venezuela. The Centers will treat over 25,000 patients in 2023. The Centers employ over 60 health professionals. One new program is Una Esperanza treating hundreds of very poor mothers and their babies providing prenatal and postnatal care, nutrition care and teaching of parenting skills. Dr. María is also a pastor and leads dynamic women’s ministries in Venezuela.
